Can't connect to Meraki VPN

The 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows breaks Meraki VPN access.

 

As of 2021-01-17, you can now install a newer update to fix this issue.

 

 

Navigate to Start Menu > Settings.

 

 

Select Update & Security.

 

 

Look for 2022-01 Cumulative Update (KB5010793) and select Download and install.

  • If you do not see this update, select Check for updates.
  • If you still do not see this update, continue below to uninstall the original update.

 

 

Restart your computer when prompted and your VPN should connect again.

 

 

Continue below ONLY IF you cannot install the new update.

 

Select View update history.

 

 

Select Uninstall updates.

 

 

Select Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5009543) and then select Uninstall.

 

 

Confirm you want to uninstall the update.

 

 

Wait for update to uninstall.

 

 

Restart your computer when prompted and your VPN should connect again.
