How to change opting in and out of a Call Queue Group in Teams

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. In the top right, click your profile circle.

3. Click Settings.
4. In the left column, select Calls.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the settings and use the toggle to turn on or off the call queue.
