How to remove and re-add Dentrix Feeds.

Click on start on the bottom right.

Start typing: remoteapp

 

Once you open remoteapps select Remove

 

Select Yes to remove the Feed

 

Once Removed you will want to re-add the feed.

Select Access RemoteApp and desktops

 

Enter in the shared account (this will be the computer name for example: [email protected])

 

Select Next

 

1. Enter in the same email address ([email protected])
2. Enter in shared password
3. Select the Remember Me check box.

 

Now the window may seem to freeze but go ahead and click on the window behind it and move it around and it will ‘unfreeze’ itself

Once successfully connected select View Resources

Select the Dentrix for your corresponding location

The RIGHT click on that states Dentrix Icon and select Send To

 

Then select Desktop (create shortcut)
