Uploading Files

  1. Start the Microsoft Teams app on Desktop Mac or PC
  2. Open the required Team and the Channel, then select the files tab.

                                  

  1. Click Upload from the toolbar and browse for the file to upload, select the file and click open.

 Creating Files/ Moving Files

  1. Open the required Team Channel and select the files    

    

                            

 

  1. Click New from the toolbar and choose: Folder, Document, Spreadsheet or Presentation, to create a new file (or folder) and save it into the Team Channel Document Library (all Team members can create or upload documents).

                                    

 

 

  1. Click Close to save the file and return to Teams.

Dragging and Dropping files Into Teams

 

  1. Open the required Team Channel and select the files tab.
  2. Find the file that you would like to add to teams and click and hold on the file and drag it into the teams channel or the folder within the teams channel that you  choose.

 

 

Downloading and logging into Teams

 

  1. Go to https://products.office.com/en-in/microsoft-teams/download-app
  2. Click the download button and follow the prompts.
  3. Once it finishes Open teams and Use you @KidsDentalBrands email address for the username and your email password.
