Laptop

  • Take your laptop out and power it on.
  • Log in with your credentials.
  • Take the USB-C cable from the docking station and plug it into the USB-C port next to the power outlet on the laptop

Troubleshooting:

Everything works but the displays.

  • Make sure display ports are plugged in all the way on the dock and the back of the monitor screen.

  • As you can see above the display port cables are not plugged in all the way.
  • Press the power button on the front of the Dock.
  • Make sure you have adequate power going to the dock. You should see a white light on the top.
  • Sometimes powering off the monitors and powering them back on will auto detect the display ports
