How to submit tickets in Happy Fox Kids Dental Brands Ticket System through Microsoft Teams

You can now submit tickets through Microsoft Teams. This will work just like the website without needing to open a browser. 

In Microsoft Teams select the Teams Button

Then you will want to select you corresponding locations Teams. 

You should already have an IT Helpdesk channel setup. 

Click on IT Helpdesk

On the top bar is a website option 

Select that and you can now submit a ticket through the Happy Fox integration for Microsoft Teams. 

Some things to remember. 

-Please make sure you are logged into you Microsoft account on Teams. 

-You will not need to log in through here. If it does prompt for a username and password, please let us know.
