Dexis not seeing sensor.

There is a couple places to check for sensor troubleshooting.

Sound

-If the sensor is plugged in/out you will hear the Windows chime. To make sure you hear it. Make sure the volume is turned up or unmuted.

Device Manager

To verify the sensor is connected.

On the bottom right where the start menu is.

1. Right click on start.

2. Select Device manager

• When device manager opens.
• Expand Dental Intraoral X-ray Sensor

Sensor

If the sensor light is green it is properly connected. If it is red. Please contact helpdesk.

If you do not see the sensor here. And it is plugged in reach out to helpdesk.
