How to update KAVO for Dexis sensors.

Now you may already have the newest version. If your Dexis sensor is working in Dexis then you will not need to perform this update. 

Please Close Dexis/Dentrix before running this update.

This will require a reboot.

• First Click on the up arrow to bring up task menu icons. 

 

• Double click on the K icon

 

• You will see an option for Kavo IO Sensor Driver – 1.1.0 and click on Install

 

 

 

• When the Kavo window opens. Select Next to continue the install. 

 

 

• First select the top option to accept the license agreement. Then select Next. 

 

 

 

• Select Next on the following screen.

 

 

• On the following window select Install.

 

 

 

• Select OK on the following window.

 

 

 

• Select the OK button on the pop up window. 

 

 

 

• If you receive this pop-up select the X button on the top right. 

 

 

• The computer will need to restart. Select Yes to perform restart. 

 

 

Once completed, you can plug in the sensor and test it out with Dexis. Please contact us if you run into any trouble.
